Direct Connection to Subconscious
I often get asked about having a direct connection the subconscious and why that is important. The subconscious in QHHT terms you will remember is not a part of the mind but it is rather a collective of loving beings that form the superconscious or universal soul. It is always available to us as incarnated souls but we are not always aware of it. It does include our own higher self but in actuality our higher self is a part of this greater whole. Our higher self does want us to succeed and wants us to learn our individual lessons and stay on our self-chosen path as we navigate through earth school and head back towards that beam of light from which we originally resided. There are many avenues to take on our way back home but where we start while incarnated on earth is in our current life, the one we are living now.
With our current life as the starting point we can begin to piece together the lessons we chose to learn or the experiences we chose to have. Both our lessons and experiences are like the puzzle pieces used as we walk through life wondering why it is we are here. In having a direct connection to our higher self aka the subconscious collective we can determine exactly why it is we are here. We can find out what our chosen path is, what our lessons are, what we have left to heal and the steps to take to achieve these things.
A direct connection to our subconscious self can also allow us to see the power of the mind and its ability to heal the body. The subconscious does this by showing the individual in a QHHT session how they are in fact hurting themselves in some way which are usually beliefs or emotions that are held onto from either this life or from a previous life. It can also show the individual that their beliefs and the things they think can directly affect them in a way that is detrimental to themselves. The subconscious can help the individual this way by making the connections between thought/belief, through showing them what emotions are lodged in the body, where the emotions come from, finding the core or root cause to lodged emotion and removing it in real time.
After removing these lodged emotions the subconscious will give the individual in a QHHT session the steps to take, and advice on how to keep themselves and their bodies in balance and in harmony. Being in balance and in harmony is the natural state of the body. Any time it is out of balance is due to something the individual is doing to themselves physically or emotionally in this life, a message from the subconscious, or coming from an event from a past life that is affecting the individual in their current life.
During a QHHT session, while having a direct connection with the subconscious, once the individual sees what is going on with the body and how it is being affected it can be easily released because the reason behind the body being out of balance or harmony is no longer needed. The body and the individual can then return to its natural state which is perfect balance and harmony.
