Empath Tips 2
There is no way around it, you are an empath. You are what you are just like everything else. Knowing this may not make it easier, because there are many times when you will find yourself emotionally clogged up, feeling like a completely different person/persons, or simply stagnant.
This can become a very taxing ordeal that can seem like there is no end. It will test your patience, make you feel insane and sometimes you will be so fed up that you want nothing but to be alone.
This is completely normal for a person who is an Empath or sensitive to the energies that are around them. In the isolation of being alone you find comfort in the singular voice of your own. You aren't being directly affected by anything except yourself, and this is safe, this is comfortable, but it is not balanced.
One the greatest tasks in being an empath is to find the strength to accept who you are, and embrace your natural abilities.
The second greatest task is living a balanced human experience. There needs to be a great deal of acceptance and allowance on your part to do all these things.
So how do we use acceptance?
If nothing else remember this. You are the author of your life.
Remember, we are having a human experience in a changing world coupled with a new intuitive sense of reality. All of us now are experiencing the more in different ways. Some of us are more aware than others and that is okay. Everyone and everything has a purpose and a plan for themselves.
Accept this. Everything is perfect in its natural state.
Accept that you will be who you are regardless of who anyone else is. They are themselves and perfect the way they are.
Accept that you may know how to help someone but if they don't ask you cannot push them. They have their own idea of how the world works and their own set of lessons to learn. The ones who are to be helped will seek you out.
Accept that with all you know and all you can learn that there will always be something else. The ever expanding multiverse is prevalent in all of us.
Accept that you are a beautiful being of love and of light.
Accept that there will be contrast in your life, things may not always go the way you see them. But it's up to you to see the lesson, and the value in everything.
What is it that we will learn through allowance?
When we allow ourselves to be who we are in our core, it releases a wonderful stream of events that culminate into the awakening of the soul. You become who you set out to be. It's living life without fear.
When we resist ourselves is when we find turmoil. We live out these spirals of events that never lead to anywhere. Like a record stuck on the same loop we spin further away from our true nature and get stuck in the density of this place. This is seeing the world through fear. It leaves you feeling separated. Allowance provides the necessary acceptance to grow into the more of who you are.
It's in the allowance to become and the ability to accept that you can find a firm ground to stand on.
Allow for the time to grow and to expand your perceptions. In having a greater sense of who you are you will have to unlearn what you have been taught up until the time you have chosen to be woken up. This includes the erasing of old patterns/loops and ways of being. You have to shed these things to allow the more of who you are to step in. The more of who you is a higher vibration and it will not match your old perceptions and modes of life. This is where a lot of us will struggle, because stepping into something new with no experience is frightening. Our old ways of being we may wish to discard but there is a level of comfortability associated with them, which is why it is so hard to drop. So we say to you to focus on your patience. Your process is your process, respect that.
How do we learn to be ourselves while also being aware and feeling other people?
Identification. Learning. Acceptance.
Everything, everything vibrates. You and every person you know, every emotion, every physical and non-physical thing has a unique vibration. Teaching yourself how to differentiate between these will help you in a number of ways.
The first thing you would want to do is Identify yourself. What is that you feel like when you are completely clear? You can locate this through meditation. After you reach the point when your mind is clear and you feel the connection happening, ask yourself what is my vibration? You may see an image, you may hear a voice answer, or you may just sense it too. This image, voice, intuitive sense or feeling will lead you to answering your question- What is it that I feel like? What is my vibration? This will not only help you identify yourself but it will help you to start to trust yourself and your new senses.
The second thing to do is Smile and see how that feels. This the vibration of happiness, which tingles from your head down to your feet. The tingles you feel throughout your body while experiencing happiness and/or bliss that is unconditional love. The vibration of happiness will always lead you to Source energy/All That Is/God force.
Thirdly, choose a person you know. It can be anyone. Although, for this choosing someone you know well may work the best. Really concentrate on them and gauge what you feel, see, hear, or intuitively sense. What you pick up from this is the vibration of that person, or their energy signature.
Fourthly, go through any emotion you can think of, positive and negative. Do the same thing, think of the emotion and gauge how it feels. Allow yourself the time to do this. You may not be able to go through everything all at once and that is okay. We all have a human existence, as well as spiritual one which is important to balance. Take your time, this is your journey allow yourself the courtesy of patience.
In doing this you will teach yourself about the vibrations of yourself, your friends and family and the emotions we are here learning about.
Through the identification of these things you will be able to tell when you have absorbed something from another person/place/thing. This is because you have taught yourself how you feel and also what your vibration feels like. As your vibration/energy signature mixes with different energy and emotions you will begin to sense to differences. This may be subtle at first but as you continue down your path, the identification process will become second hand. This will help you clear out what you have absorbed, and keep you from becoming completely clogged up from your surroundings.
Another benefit in knowing the emotions you are experiencing is that you can allow yourself to step out of them and examine a situation from a birds eye view. As your physical self is experiencing, your spiritual self can analyze and learn. This will help in seeing the lessons of life and allow for a more stress free existence.
Also. In learning this you can then help someone else. You are an empath. You are going to automatically feel other people, why not help them if they are in need?
How do we apply all of this and have a balanced human existence?
We do this through our own unique waking up process. We all have chosen to be here in the now and have chosen to wake up the way that we do. Before we arrive here in our physical existence, we author into to what we want to learn, what we want to experience, and what we want to do along the way. We know the best way to get our attention based off of our previous incarnations and multiple versions of self. So we set up scenarios that will best fit our needs. We do this with the help of guides on the other side who specialize in all areas of life. We also will act out these scenarios with the energies and souls that we know and love the most. We do this because emotions are hard. Experiences with negativity involved go against our innate goodness.
We allow ourselves our process of waking up, remembering that even with a new sense of reality, there is also the importance of a human existence. Allow yourself to be a spiritual being living out a physical existence, knowing that what you learn in the now will only perpetuate your own overall growth as a Soul, or individual aspect of light.
We grant ourselves patience. Patience is a great tool. Patience allows for our energy to align with your higher truths. It cannot happen all at once no matter how bad we want it to happen. There is still the shedding of old habits and ways of being to manage. Surprisingly though when this starts to happen the people and guide we need will come into our lives and be there for us so that we do not feel alone.
We respect that this all new to us and that we will have to unlearn our old patterns of being and develop new ones.
We meditate and connect to our source.
We seek out our guides and Spiritual family members. This again occurs when we ALLOW the process to unfold and accept it for what it is. We set up our lives and our existence. We have to trust in this and trust in ourselves.
We give thanks for our existence and this experience. In being thankful we will appreciate things that may at one time have been a bother or a nuisance. Because we now know that all experiences good or bad are lessons for us to learn. They are the stepping stones that lead us to our greater self.
We also use our thankfulness to fuel our appreciation for this place. In appreciation we see life in a more circular manor rather the than liner time that we are subscribed to in this place.
This allows for our happiness and light-the true nature of our soul to come into our existence.
In doing so we will shed what we once knew and grow in ways we never knew we could.

Remember we are also having a human existence and as your grow and raise your perceptions you may want to stay in the more and retreat form the human side of things. This is normal. But in staying balanced in physical and spiritual you allow for the most growth. The Spiritual allows for a greater physical existence. We need both sides to be all that we can be.
If we get stuck being in too much of either it throws off our chakras. Which are the main focal points of energy that comprise the body. When these get overloaded or under used it creates physical ailments. Listen to the body and it help you connect to yourself and the more of who you are.
